HOW IT STARTED

Born from a Passion for Better Health

Ceres Fitness was founded in 2014 with a simple mission: make world-class fitness coaching accessible to everyone. Our founder, a former competitive athlete, saw too many people struggling to reach their goals without the right guidance.

What started as a small personal training studio has grown into a full-service fitness centre with a team of 15 certified coaches, a nutrition programme, and an online community of over 500 members.

We believe that fitness isn’t just about looking good โ€” it’s about feeling strong, confident, and capable in every area of life.
